Shipping Policy
Rok Parts ships used auto parts from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Small and medium-sized parts are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on the size and weight of the item. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
Large and oversized parts — including but not limited to engines, transmissions, doors, hoods, fenders, bumpers, wheels, and similar items — are shipped only within Canada and only by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing an order for oversized parts so we can provide an accurate shipping quote and confirm availability of freight service to your area.
International Shipping
We ship small parts internationally to most countries, with the exception of the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our location near Saskatoon, SK. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate shipping quotes; however, for oversized or heavy items, the final shipping cost may need to be confirmed after the order is placed.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times within Canada range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Rok Parts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
