Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rok Parts. We sell used and new auto parts and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
General Conditions
All used auto parts are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated in the product listing or in the warranty sections below. Due to the nature of used automotive parts, we strongly recommend verifying part numbers, compatibility, and condition before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Warranty on Engines, Transmissions, and Transfer Cases
Engines, transmissions, and transfer cases come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the product listing. This warranty covers defects in the part that were present at the time of sale. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, lack of maintenance, or use of incompatible fluids or components. A claim must be made within the 30-day warranty period by contacting us with a description of the issue, photos or video of the defect, and proof of purchase.
Electronic Parts — No Warranty
Electronic components and electrical parts are sold without warranty. Electronics may be damaged during installation or by existing issues in the vehicle's electrical system. We are unable to guarantee the functionality of electronic parts once they have been installed. However, we are always happy to work with you to resolve any issues — please contact us and we will do our best to help.
All Other Used Parts — Sold As-Is
All other used parts are sold as-is, with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Please inspect all parts carefully upon delivery.
New Parts — Standard Return Policy
New parts are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return of a new part, contact us at support@rokparts.ca.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rokparts.ca with the following information: your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. If the error is on our part (wrong item shipped, item not as described, or damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Important: Marker Identification Requirement
All parts shipped by Rok Parts are marked with a handwritten identification number in marker. This marking must remain visible and intact on the returned part. Returns will not be accepted if the marker identification number has been removed, altered, or is no longer legible. This is how we verify that the returned item is the same part that was originally shipped.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, item not as described, or shipping damage), return shipping is paid by Rok Parts. For all other returns (change of mind, ordered wrong part, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No restocking fee applies.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@rokparts.ca before sending anything back. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rokparts.ca.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: used parts that have been installed or modified, electrical and electronic parts (unless received damaged or incorrect), parts where the Rok Parts marker identification number has been removed or is not visible, special-order or custom parts, and gift cards.
Replacements and Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different part, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. In some cases, we may be able to offer a replacement part instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance by contacting us. We will confirm whether a suitable replacement is in stock before proceeding.
